Technician “Bell” did the job fine (I guess). He had trouble getting the bottom element out of the oven and seemed frustrated. He asked for a fan, which I got for him, and that was fine. When he finished he told me that I could take care of the large box that the element came in and the getting rid of the old element. I asked “you don’t take the box?” He said no we don’t take any parts and walked out the door. I was a little shocked because he had turned the oven on but didn’t wait to make sure it got up to temperature. I didn’t even have a chance to thank him. So I cleaned up and turned the oven off and went back to work. Hopefully everything is working fine. I don’t think I will call Sears Homes Services again.

The technician was friendly but the dishwasher is still not working! I have been trying to get it fixed for several months!

I believe the technician did a good job replacing the control board but we still have the same issue with the sound that led to the board damage. It sounds like a creeky sound when the dishwasher is turned on.

Horrible service! I paid for my washer and dryer to be serviced. Sears technician advised me to wait for a part to come in for my washer before servicing my dryer. It took 60 days for them to locate 2 parts and get them mailed to me. By that time sears said they could no longer service my dryer because it was pass 30 days. Will not use again!

I am unbelievably frustrated after reporting my washer broken in DECEMBER. It's still not fixed today. I called the Sears number to request compensation and a refund for my policy agreement, which they are clearly not living up to, and instead of a refund, I ended up with a person telling me they canceled my policy (which was supposed to be good for several more years) there was nothing they could refund me, and nothing they could do about it. WHAT? This was after months of "rescheduled" appointments by the system and waiting for a service appointment that never arrived. I have had a Sears policy for nearly 20 years on one item or another, and I can't believe this is how it ends. I was told a supervisor would call me and "fix the problem". No call. Weeks have passed, and nothing. This is definitely not worth the money. Sears can no longer be trusted.
