No issues with the service by Otis. My complaint is with the communication. I could not share details of the entrance to the Condo, I took pictures of the furnace and the thermostat but he had to leave to go get a thermostat anyway. I could not find any way-email, text or phone call to communicate with anyone.

The tech, Pedro, was very polite and cordial. Wonderful to work with, but the Sears prices were too high to justify the repair. Technician was very professional and amiable. Corporate pricing was not great.

Ryan was courteous, knowledgeable and fixed part of my dryer problem. However your company policy that did not allow him to move my dryer to reattach the vent hose is ridiculous. I am very disappointed because of your company policy he was not allowed to finish this job. I now have to hire a handy man to connect the vent hose. Shame on you!!

I had to schedule a 2nd appt for belt repair on a duet dryer because tech did not have a belt to fit the dryer. Tech was a no show on that day and I had to reschedule for another appt 8-noon. Tech showed up at 3:15 after I called him and he said he'd be over at 2:30. Dryer did get fixed finally

Not impressed with the technician or level of knowledge the technician shared. I paid $85.00 to learn how substandard the services I paid for, actually was? NOTE: It has been 3 weeks now, that my AC has not been working. The ambient temperature has warmed my house to be ABOVE 90°F. Living conditions are horrible. I had to send my kids to stay with their mother. Relocate my cats. And throw away more than $200.00 in perishable foods and foods. The first visit of the HVAC technician directed me to "call an electrician, because it isn't the AC unit (HVAC technician)." So I had to pay another $85.00 to have a "certified Electrician" to troubleshoot the fault. Upon the diagnostic checks of the Electrician, he was able to prove and confirm that "the fault is not the wiring. It's in the AC." If you ask me, I should have never for the "Choice Home Warranty" to begin with. They were not very helpful and tried to tell me that my "Warranty will not cover the damages reported by the HVAC technician. Because power surges are NOT covered as standard wear and tear." But yet the device has NO didn't of a power surge. There is no charing that would indicate insulation burns that area most common with a power surge. No smell of "electrical burning" or "Class (CHARLIE) C fire." No signs of arcing from electrical charges that are common to a power surge of this magnitude. The technician didn't provide adequate proof that would be considered "EMPIRICAL DATA" in the form of multimeter readings. So how did the HVAC TECHNICIAN determine the "compressor was damaged from a power surge?"
