I didn’t sign off on pre existing condition but one was listed how does that happen? Spent all day waiting on repair until 3:55 PM time for arrival kept changing I asked Michael for paperwork he said would be emailed to me after his report. It was in several messages.

After 2 repairs LG mircowave is still not fixed. It gets EXTREMELY hot and over heats. Not repairmans fault. Something MAJOR is wrong with mircowave. The schedule service is terrible date and time is set at 8am to 5pm and then nobody shows up after you waited ALL day. This happened twice before they showed up.

Sears did a terrible job with a work order. I requested service for Tuesday and had a confirmation for my repair. The window was from 8am - 5pm which is just terrible time management on their end. Sears never showed up on Tuesday. I just got an "We are sorry we couldn't make it today." I called and requested confirmation that Sears would actually show up on the next appt. When talking with their team, they could not confirm that someone would show up. They said if no tech is available, they will reschedule. Long story short, you book a day and just hope someone can show up but they are never sure if someone will actually show up or not. Terrible customer service. Terrible labor management. Will not use again!

Absolute disaster. Please use anybody else. Both technicians who came out were very nice. However, we were required to order a part. Our next appointment was canceled at the last minute and the next day they no called no showed.. After taking three days off of work, the guy finally shows and the part is incorrect and wants us to buy a new part after we already paid 500$… ridiculous. Talking to a real representative was next to impossible..

Sears was horrid to deal with. The technician that came was great but the company is terrible. I verified that I had received the part that was needed 4 times and they more or less said that I couldn't have because it didn't show in their system. Maybe it's just me but it certainly appeared to me that they thought I wasn't being honest. I hope I never have to deal with them again.

I only give them one star because I had to. I would not even give them that. Our washer stopped working on Sunday, and that afternoon we scheduled an appointment to repair it with Sears Appliance Repair to come out Tuesday between 1 and 5. On Monday they called to confirm our Tuesday appointment. I rearranged my entire day, and took off work to be home for the repair. At 4:00 we called to confirm they were coming as no one had shown up. We were told it would now be between 4:30 and 6:30. Around 5:00 we received an automated TEXT that our appointment had been rescheduled for the next day. They couldn’t even call us to tell us that. We could not take off another day of work. So we got stuck with a washer not working and a pile of laundry. I will never call these people again. Don’t count on them to actually show up.

Scheduled my appointment and took the entire day off work (was given a 9 hour window between 8-5). After waiting the entire day, I received a text that my appointment was rescheduled between 8-5 the next day. Terrible service. Do not use these people.

Terrible service. Won’t schedule sooner than 1 week out & then keep changing appointment. When they finally show up they don’t have the parts. Waited 2 months for them to finally bring parts & then still didn’t fix washer.
