Horrible service without repairing the problem but an almost 200$. It’s not a local company and the call center is a horrific phone tree outsourced to another country.

I was charged $300 for less than 30 minutes of “labor” during 2 visits from your techs and an additional $200 for parts that did not fix the refrigerator. I ended up having to make 3 calls to customer service before I got to the point of sending the parts back for credit. Stay away from Sears home repair service like the plague.

Had the technician come today and put the “part” we ordered just for it not work, labor is a lot itself ($) and they treat it like they can do a bad job and not fix it. & told us we have to schedule another appt for next week like (do they not understand we need our washer fixed asap). Not only that but if it’s another issue (which they should’ve found) they want to charge us a new amount. NO NO! they better fix it the second time.

You literally cannot get a hold of anybody that's in the United States that can help you. Sears came out to repair my refrigerator and parts were on back order. I literally found the parts online as soon as I looked and ordered it at literally 90% cheaper than what they were trying to charge me. Then it took them another month to get out here. After I told them I had the part they would not come and I could not get a hold of anybody to actually get the tech to come back. Our refrigerator was down over 6 weeks even though the parts were sitting here for 5 weeks. After they finally located the parts that I had already purchased myself, they sent a tech 2 weeks later. There is literally no tech support or anybody that can help you All calls are directed overseas and they have no way of reaching someone in the United States to explain what's going on. They can only send emails. Complete runaround lied to constantly. Pretty terrible service really. They literally replied with a generic response and a phone number that directs you overseas. Good job Sears. ::sarcasm::

I had to leave for emergency. My husband was working in the field behind the house; he farms. I got a text that service would be there in 20-25 minutes. Then he was there much sooner, texting me that he was at the front door at 3:15. I called my husband; he was at the other end of the field and immediately drove to the house to find service gone. I called and left a message then texted him to come back. He said I would have to reschedule. Sears service had already canceled on me twice before after my waiting much of the day at home. I was disappointed. He said he waited over 15 minutes, but that doesn't mesh with the times on my texts. Very dissatisfied.

This company had to come to my house 4 times to complete the repair of my washer. I waited almost 2 months. The first tech ordered 2 parts to be delivered to my house. One came quickly and the other took 6 weeks. It apparently ended up in Florida somehow. Not sure why a part would take 6 weeks to get delivered. The tech returned twice to do the repair, but since the parts didn't arrive, he had to leave. On the day of my fourth appointment, the tech didn't show at all. Totally inexcusable. Finally, Pedro, who was quite nice, finished the repair. Not at all satisfied with this company.

Nothing has been repaired, I have a large micro/stove combo and Sears keeps showing up with one guy. Today the 3rd repairman came out alone and stated they could not do the job alone and what I needed to do. Sears should make the adjustment and not place me with the responsibility of letting their team know the work conditions. I am out $100 and no repairs have been made. Very disappointed, can’t believe Sears can not get this right. !!!!!!!

Original problem has returned. Two replacement parts were ordered and he only used one saying the second part was not needed. Problem of dish washer: no lights come on and cannot start dishwasher.

Rescheduled my appointment for the 20th then showed up this morning without notice. Fixed dryer and then wanted over $500 dollars for a part that took me less than 15 minutes to pull out and clean
