Our technician Huston was amazing! Great with calling and confirming our appointment and getting our washer and range fixed. Now for Sears repair overall it has been horrible because we were rescheduled 11 times. We would probably still be without our washer if it wasn’t for Huston. Before we were assigned him the other technicians would not call or not bother to show and say we were not home when that was not the case. Thank you Huston!!! This review is for you! Sears Repair as a company = 0!
