I was kept informed of Technician's progress through out the day so I wasn’t glued to home 8:00-5:00. Sean diagnosed problem quickly and it was repaired at a good price. He also advised us on ways to avoid the same problem in the future. Sears will be my first call for any future repairs on appliances .

The ice dispenser on my Frigidaire fridge was jamming up. Technician kept in contact the day of service, very professional young man. He found the problem, showed it to me and had it repaired in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

It was snowing when your technician arrived. I asked him to put on shoe covers to protect my floor. He had none. He tracked through my bathroom into the laundry area. He ran diagnostics and said there was nothing wrong with my washer. It would not run on Sunday.
