Called on a Friday..had an appt for the following Monday...only to find out the technician rescheduled with no notice, probably because they had all my information wrong, but scheduled it out till this coming Thursday.. couldn't wait that long to get my dryer fixed..called another company and they came out 4hrs later!

The fridge is still not working. I need a solution please

I paid $129.00 for them to come do a diagnostics on my ice maker in my Frigidaire. He was here for 3 minutes and He told me it was the motor in the ice maker. It was not that. I bought the part and put it in and it’s been in for 3days and still no water getting into the ice tray to make the ice. And there AI system is pathetic. No way to call and talk to an actual person and get anything figured out.. they just want me to pay another $129.00 for another service call. I’m not happy with sears at all.

Didn’t evacuate the problem adequately. Didn’t test the repair because the water lines were not connected to the machine, though they were sitting on the counter next to it. Didnt fix the problem. Now I have to go even longer without a washer.

Mitchell came out to look at our dryer and without opening the dryer up told us the start button needed replaced. He said it would be cheaper for us to buy the part and fix it ourselves. So we ordered the part. But when we opened the dryer to fix it ourselves, the plastic piece that holds the start button was broken off and now our new start button has nothing holding it into place, meaning our dryer still doesn’t work. Wasted nearly $200 just for us to have to call another repair service or get a new dryer altogether. If he would have just opened the dryer he could have see that the actual part was not broken and gave us a better idea of how to proceed

He was 5 hours late. While I’m sure it was poor scheduling by the company and not the techs fault. We took of work expecting the tech 8-12. Ended up showing after 5pm.

He "fixed" the ac by trying to simply replace a capacitor. It went out 4 hours after he left and I was never able to get hold of someone to come back out. Did he even test the motor? Poor service.
