Nothing has been repaired, I have a large micro/stove combo and Sears keeps showing up with one guy. Today the 3rd repairman came out alone and stated they could not do the job alone and what I needed to do. Sears should make the adjustment and not place me with the responsibility of letting their team know the work conditions. I am out $100 and no repairs have been made. Very disappointed, can’t believe Sears can not get this right. !!!!!!!

Original problem has returned. Two replacement parts were ordered and he only used one saying the second part was not needed. Problem of dish washer: no lights come on and cannot start dishwasher.

Rescheduled my appointment for the 20th then showed up this morning without notice. Fixed dryer and then wanted over $500 dollars for a part that took me less than 15 minutes to pull out and clean

He was here 10 min, unfortunately I have to have them back out but a different person. He said my furnace works when clearly my filter with Merv 4 is out because it shuts off when it is put in and runs without it. He said he didn’t see any issues and they don’t have all the equipment to see inside of the unit. Then mentioned to me 2 about paying! No not till I call my warranty company.
