Adam was awesome! Checked & cleaned the AC..for the Annual Maintenance. Checked the vents & temperature.. Took pictures of other appliances..Changed the air filter...And he came earlier in the day! Thank you!

Clint was very polite. He explained things thoroughly. He did not pressure me into choosing an expensive repair. He seemed to be training someone. Both repairmen were polite and thorough.

The service was great. The technician diagnosed the problem is with the plumbing which water drains from, not the washing machine. He was very polite and easy to work with. Thank you for getting appt set up so quickly. Will use Sears Service again.
