Tech thought he was going to be later than window Sears gave me and called. He actually arrived during the window given to me. He noticed that thermostat needed batteries and waited for me to get some i had on hand. He seemed to be neat vacuuming the inside of furnace. He asked me how often I change my filter which is once a month during heating season.

The Serviceman was very professional. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. I appreciate that. He did his job and got out so, I could prop my feet up.😂🤣🤣
