Review: I had a terrible experience with Sears’ service. The technician who came to my house was incredibly unprofessional and had a very bad attitude. He refused to remove the refrigerator drawers to help my husband make the area accessible for him to work on it. Instead, he simply installed the part he claimed was faulty and left without even plugging the refrigerator back in to ensure it was functioning properly. When we plugged it back in ourselves, the refrigerator still wasn’t working and wasn’t cooling. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service and accountability from Sears. I do not recommend their service based on this experience.

He visited our house twice, didn't fix our furnace either time. Also didn't make any suggestions on how to fix or replace our furnace. We've been without heat for a week now!

My 92 Grandmother had a technician come out to look at her broken washing machine. The technician was very unprofessional! Quoted a new panel that costs more than them brand new washer cost in the first place. My grandmother wrote him a check for the visit, he tried to deposit the check via his cell phone. When it didn’t deposit he DEMANDED SHE WRITE ANOTHER CHECK. That one didn’t work either. So she told him to have the company send her the bill. He told her they wouldn’t do that.. they in fact will and are going too.. He even had the audacity the slam the door on the way out!! On a 92 year old woman.. horrible service! Outrageous prices. AVOID.

Cornel called me from in front of my house and said it is raining, pulled away with no further contact. To top it off he then closed out my claim. Would not answer the phone and refused to return to complete the scheduled work. Most unprofessional interaction I have ever experienced.
