John was polite and knew his stuff. Located the part, and ran and got it in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier.

Tech thought he was going to be later than window Sears gave me and called. He actually arrived during the window given to me. He noticed that thermostat needed batteries and waited for me to get some i had on hand. He seemed to be neat vacuuming the inside of furnace. He asked me how often I change my filter which is once a month during heating season.
