Spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to set up appt over phone, was supposed to have someone come out next day, did not get any confirmation text or email, then called when no one showed up. They did not have any appt scheduled. Loud talking in background, made me concerned it was a scam. Wanted to retake all of my information. NEVER AGAIN with Sears.

While the technician was polite and extremely helpful identifying the problem, he was unable to make repairs as he could not get the part needed. He made multiple calls to his Supervisor and other sources to no avail. Ultimately, I have to order the part and once received, call back to reschedule another service call to get it installed..

The tech that was assigned to fix our issue was extremely judgemental of our problem. He had very poor customer service skills which made us feel very uncomfortable. The technician kept repeating himself on how we have been doing things wrong and that is why our washing machine was in trouble. He changed a piece on the machine and after showing us how to continue with the process he kept stating that he was done and there was nothing else for him to do because it would take hours for the entire process to be completed. Extremely unpleasant experience.

This company gives false information and makes terrible mistakes and expects the customer to pay for the. On 9/4 23 a technician said it was the lock on my washer that was in need of repair. Waited a week for the part than on9/11/23, another technician came out and said it was the mother board. And now they're telling me I have to pay for someone to come out again to do another diagnostic. What is wrong with them. This is the service that was suppose to be provided on 9/27/2023 I never got the chance to meet Monty. It was suppose to be free of charge for the unprofessional diagnosis of the first two technicians who came out earlier this month. Still all lies I still don't agree that I should have to pay for their mistakes.

The technician assigned to my issue was extremely judgemental and a bit argumentative. He had good intentions but needs to work on his customer skills. This is not an issue with Sears repair service as I’ve never experienced this before.

Saul was nice, however the problem was not resolved. Ice started accumulating again in the freezer in spite of what he did. Please arrange for another service.
