Due to the tornado, it took extra time for my repair to be made. However, unrelated to the tornado, Sears arbitrarily changed my appointment with no notification to me prior to doing this.

Marshall was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful with the whole situation of the ac unit. He came in and got down to business and got my ac running in no time, did well with time management and showed that he cared, he went above and beyond and is well deserving of the 5 stars.
