Efrain was a very courteous & respectful technician. After he assessed the problem, he meticulous went about installing all the necessary parts. After he was finished, he cleaned up his work area and left my home just as he found it when he came. He is a great technician and I am honored to give him this referral. Pleasant personality. He explained the situation with our dryer. We decided to decline the repair costs because it was too much compared to purchasing new. The dryer was old. This didn't take away from good customer service.
