Our furnace decided to stop giving us heat at the coldest point of the season so far! We are fortunate to have Sears Home Warranty, and they came out and found the problem right away. Our furnace is old, the ignitor gives up every few years. Thankfully, we are up and running again thanks to our Sears Technician.

Tom is GREAT!! After months of issues with this washer he came and diagnosed it in literally 5 minutes. Parts came in fast and he fixed it today. No more slamming washing machine!!! Running my first load now. No more laundromat thank you so much!!!!!!
