My technician was knowledgeable- Guru skills- Profesional & polite -- Marshall arrived at our home & displayed Professionalism/ extreme confidence in His knowlega - & impeccable kindness & a wealth of deication 2 ensure that He would explain His findings after He looked at our furnance. My Husband & I are impressed by Marshall's knowlege & We both hope that Sears give Marshall an Employee of the Month bonus. Lol
