Technician was great but background mgmt SUCKS! You failed to dispatch or show for 4 prior scheduled appointments! Todays appointment was 1:00 to 5:00, but tech was dispatched for 8:00 to 12:00. This repair need was called in over a month ago. Nightmare getting live person vs automated that asks wrong questions. Original tech wasn’t involved in final repair. Wrong part originally received by mail. Hope I never have to use you again!

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about my system but unfortunately the problem with my system wasn’t covered under my premium plan with HWA, just an Fyi if you’re searching for a home warranty plan make sure you ask the right questions before signing up, make sure your plan covers absolutely every part and component of your appliances, if not you’ll be disappointed if something needs fixed and they can’t wait to tell you, well that part isn’t covered so buyer beware.

Tech came out within time frame and was respectful of my property. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately, it's about the same cost to just buy a new appliance. So, I can't speak to actual repair work.
