Appointment was rescheduled six times.even after we had received the parts; All communication is via AI took three calls to speak with a live person. Our washer model was listed incorrectly, we are requesting our$100 deductible be refunded. Thanks!

Worst experience ever technician very unprofessional and rude. Dryer still not fixed after 5 rescheduled appointments. Customer service gives you the run around entire company unprofessional

No one showed up . I waited all day , waisted my day , I’m very disappointed. And I receive text messages that the technician is on his way, but he never came. I will call corporate asap .

ZERO STARS!! On July 7 my washer became disabled and stopped working.I was assigned Sears appliance repair through my home warranty.On July 11 a technician came out and barely touched the machine and stated I need a new drain pump.He scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday.After four cancellations on their end final a tech came out.However the issue still persists.At this point it seems as if this is a scam!!!I have waited for almost a month and still no results

The technician was very efficient and knowledgeable of his job. He was in and out fixing my air conditioning problem. But nevertheless, the company updates and alerts of the timeframe of service Were very poor.

The technician charged me to look at my dryer then said we don't service that brand. They knew the brand ahead of time because when I scheduled the appointment they asked for a picture of the make, model etc, which I provided. I paid over $100 for him to tell me "sorry we don't service that brand". That's extremely unprofessional & a waste of my time & money. I waited 1 week for him to come after they canceled on me the day of the original appointment. Which I wasn't even upset about but in that time, I could have found someone who does work on this brand. Highly disappointed. Do not recommend.

Sears sent out a technician named Mohammed the 1st Dayi. I told him to give me 5min. He immediately walked to his truck and drove off without saying anything. He never came back. I kept calling his number and left messages but he never responded. So the next day I called Choice back and told them what happened. Choice said they would put the order back in and tell Sears to send a different tech but it would take another 24hrs for me to get a different tech. I said ok. I called sears and the automated machine said my tech would arrive between 221 and 351 today. So I Waited All day again and No one showed up. So I called Choice again. The man told me I missed my appointment. I said what appointment no one never showed. He said a tech named Muhammad said he came at 11 today. I told him he was a liar Mohammed or no other tech showed up at my home and also You said they were going to send someone different anyway why would they send that liar back out so he rescheduled again. Now I’m looking through my emails and see it saying that I had service done on my air condition. No one has been to my house. No service has been done on my air condition. This is the worst service I have ever experienced! I don’t know what’s going on, but I’m paying every month so I want them to take care of this problem and right now they get a big fat zero bad bad poor service!! 0 0 0 0 0 Also I Never received a text nor a call
