I absolutely was not pleased with my service visit today. The technician was completely rude and condescending. First he comes in and tells me he didn't have a quote to give then he gives me a quote but shows no proof or breakdown of it. When I ask again to see the breakdown he gets annoyed, huffing and puffing like it's going out of his way. He doesn't show me what's wrong with the air conditioning unit. He just wanted me to take his word for it. When I finally get the estimate, he passes me his phone to look then says " the parts store is closed so it might be 100 more or less who knows". Then proceeds to grab the phone and pull up the signature page for me to sign when I never agreed to do the work. Let's not forget the two times he walked in my house without knocking first. I could no longer put up with his attitude and unprofessional behavior. Not sure if it was because I'm a female or if it's just in his nature to be rude. I paid him for what he did do, which I question that but asked him to leave. I've never had this experience before from Sears or any other company.

The service technician was rude and very unprofessional. Not to mention he was not prepared to complete the job. This was a terrible customer experience.

The technician offered me the “Sears price” of over $500 to fix the freezer. He told me the under the table charge would $200 on top of $125 service call. I googled the part and was able to order a new one for $31 including tax and shipping. I paid the $125 & happily would paid an extra $50 to install the $31 part, which would have taken 5 minutes. Complete rip off.

tech monte that fixed my washer I give him 5 stars knew what to do and executed it In a timely matter , but the overall service as far as the ai bs I had to deal with on the phone ,and the time it took to get here to actually fix it ,parts ect would not recommend for anyone

Unbelievable the number i received doesn't go through to customer service. The tech is had was such in a hurry and couldn't believe he was checking a repair on a 10yr old washer. Made me sign papers, no clue what I was signing no paper work to show what he did. 10min of his time said he couldn't give me a diagnostic because apparently my washer inlet valve isn't on it. And that's what he thought it my be. Said 600 to repair quote do you really want me to fix this you can get a new one. I'm sorry but take my 129 dollars for bull crap service. I thought Sears was more honorable than this. I would have wrote this sooner since service date was April 15 2025 but I had another surgery I was preparing for. Thanks for nothing.
