Nate was a technician. He has always been great when he comes here. He’s so polite. He goes over everything with us. He would be the technician that we would want to come out all the time if we could get him.

we were regularly informed of the status of thei repair professionals’ arrival during the whole day. They verified the make and the model of the dryer. They arrived within the time they said they would. They were pleasant polite and went straight to work. In less than an hour, they not only had the dryer repaired and working well it was back in its original position. We are grateful to have it completed in a single day. Thank you.

The technician was polite, he took his time. He kept us informed. He was able to get the part that we needed for our furnace. He installed it within 1 to 2 hours after placing the part order and picking it up. He has restored some of my faith back into Sears service. Thank you for sending Eric on our service call.
