My Sears repair technician Mark Collins was exceptional. Unfortunately he wasn’t the first choice of my warranty company and I had a horrible experience with their first choice, but he came out two days later after the first technician from the other company and saved the day. He left me better than he found me, and I truly believe in that standard. My refrigerator was working the same day of my repair visit. His second visit was only to replace freezer and refrigerator gaskets but my refrigerator was working on his first visit. I need to reiterate that… making me a happy customer! Thank you, Mark. You truly need a promotion.
