Technician Armando was very knowledgeable and professional got the job done in a reasonable time. He called to say he was on his way and he got here on time. He explained everything and stated what the problem was. The air conditioner needed a part and he had it. I was very pleased with his service and attitude. Also very happy we did not have to order a part.

The gentleman who was here first who quickly diagnosed issue and then placed order was friendly, efficient and professional. The tech who came to install was efficient and professional also. He was in and out in a very short time and the machine is working hard catching up on many loads of wash. Thanks you to both for great service!
