I’m very pleased with the service I received. Cornelius called me when he was about five minutes away. He showed up right on time. He explained everything that he needed to do in very practical terms. He showed me why he needed to perform his job the way that he did. Cornelius cleaned up when he was done. I would consider calling Sears for future repairs based on his knowledge and professionalism.
