I couldn't find this place. I live locally so I went to check things out for myself. Did Google directions and saw nothing with company sinage nor any match for this place of business?

Sears home services should tell from the beginning that THE SERVICE CHARGE IS $299 even if the call lasts 30 min plus cost of part which you expect to be high, but $299 for the call???

I would give no stars if that was an option. Didn't put the equipment back together left screws out of the flame spreader and bottom of oven. When I mentioned that he didn't replace the screws he said they were not necessary. If they were not necessary the screws would not have been in there in the first place. This guy is incompetent

She was not knowledgeable in diagnosting the problem. She needs retraining she could of fixed the problem if she got on her knees and looked in the drain she would of seen the blockage and removed it and the problem would of been solved and no need to order drain pump or schedule another tech to come out to fix the issue and now issue a refund of over $200.

During my setting up for the Sears repair, I was transferred to the dept. that asked questions concerning what was wrong with my appliance, along with the serial Number and, appliance number. After giving you this information, I was told, it’s needed, for the technician to bring the necessary parts, to fix my appliance. While conversating with the technician, I was told the appliance could not be repaired because the needed part is no longer available, I asked didn’t you know that before you came? He said, all he was told, was my appliance wasn’t getting cold? That was much less than what I informed them of!! So, my information I discussed with the company, wasn’t shared with the technician. The purpose for sending tech. out was to have me pay, for his coming out. Because you knew the part wasn’t available, from my initial call. “VERY POOR BUSINESS SERVICE ”, or simply put “UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE”!!

Have had tech out to my house a total 8 times, starting in June of this year. They have replaced the inside of the fridge 2 times over and the most recent time the tech was supposed to come out the tech no call no showed. Good luck with customer service took us 4 hours to finally get a hold of the "Loyalty Team" whom attempted to facilitate a resolution. The resolution ..is me calling tomorrow to schedule another appointment with fulfillment. There is no email or US based phone number to call no accountability. So do yourself a favor and dont purchase the home warranty save yourself the headache.
