I never heard back. The claim was dropped and honestly I don't know who is at fault but my air conditioner isn't repaired or replaced. I can't give a good rating. I'm just in disbelief that is wasn't worth a follow up.

If I could give this technician zero stars, I would! He was rude and condescending. This was the second time he came to fix the same appliance. He took payment and left without completing the service because I couldn't answer the questions he had about the function of my furnace and a/c.

Not sure if it was the technician, his work or the parts but this morning the fridge is not cold everything is melted and water everywhere...need sears to come back out and check the fridge

I don't know what the hell kind of scam you're running there. I called to get my refrigerator repaired and I was transferred to someone trying to sell me a medical alert bracelet because it's on special today. Get your s*** together.

I am extremely unhappy with Sears Home Services. My original work order is from 7/9 and my dishwasher is still not fixed. I have had 5 appointments and on multiple occasions the appointments were rescheduled because the parts needed for the job were not ordered/received. I finally received all of the parts and the technician did not show up for the scheduled time, yet I received a notification he was at my home and then my service was complete. When I call the Sears number every person I speak to claims to be a supervisor who can resolve my issue, yet the only thing they can do is reschedule the appointment. Horrible experience

The technician Sears sent out would not even touch our front load washing machine. He poked at the rubber gasket with his pen and then went on to tell us we were lucky we did not have multiple health problems because of the mold that front load machines tend to harbor. He never diagnosed a problem. Said he was not about to open the machine and deal with what may be a lot of mold on the hoses. Told us to go out and buy another washer and to make sure it was not a front load washer. What a waste of a service call. I want my money back!

Nothing wrong with techs, they do their job. Scheduling om the other hand is awful. I missed 2 days of work due to scheduling. First time they did not show up at all. 2nd time I was told around 11am, too late to get to work then. It was rescheduled but I couldn't take a 3rd day off work so I figured out how to fix it myself. Get your scheduling act together!
