The technician was very professional and very honest with the repair. However if I would have spoken to a real repair person on the phone yesterday and explained in what was going on with my refrigerator and he thought maybe it was the compressor he could have told me that at that time if it is the compressor that is no longer available for my unit. Now I'm not 129 for someone to tell me that it's not fixable because they can't get the parts this is the second time that this is happened to me with the Sears repair I will never use Sears repair or never recommend them to a friend or anybody that I know. I'm out $129 for 11 minutes service that could have been stopped yesterday when someone would have said to me your compressor is no longer available for your year of Kenmore refrigerator and I could have still had the option to say well maybe it's not and have them come out now I will be looking for a new refrigerator but however it won't be Kenmore

Marshall w Sears Home Service was the first technician in my entire life who genuinely fixed the issue I asked for fixing and didn’t attempt to oversell me on a new unit. I cannot explain how refreshing it is to not be charged an arm and leg for repairing my unit. I recommend Marshall and will be calling him for ALL of my future HVAC repairs and servicing exclusively.
