I had an appointment on a Saturday which the tech never showed up!! So I rescheduled for Monday and the tech was awesome! So I’m giving five stars because the tech that actually showed up was great!! Hope you guys work on the scheduling. It sucks to wait all day for no one to show up.

Did to conditions outside our control diagnosis is correct but we are disappointed if will not be covered by our warranty company but technician did a fine job.
