The technician was very knowledgeable, and professional. He was very helpful in submitting my resolution to my home warranty people. He knew exactly what was wrong and the fix. Unfortunately, he could not make the repair because I did not have model and serial # to my refrigerator. More than anything I wish the repair could still be made. I have the model number and the complete original part list with part numbers for every part on the refrigerator.
