I don’t know how to rate your service because my machine is still not fixed after 5 months and several repair attempts. The machine has been completely re done with parts and still not working so what that say about your service. I will let you think about that.

Mr. Robert was timely, kind, courteous and very thorough in his repair. He phoned first to ask questions regarding the concerns of the machine. Once he started he knew exactly what the issue was just by listening to it. Repaired it in no time and provided tips!
