Acquired this repair service via my home warranty network. The technician “Bill” was friendly, considerate of his surroundings, knowledgeable, and customer focused. He assessed the symptoms and found the problem quickly. The actual repair was completed even quicker. I would recommend the service and especially the technician, Bill, to anyone. 1/2024. Repair on a second appliance and we got “Bill” back. While it was determined the appliance was not reparable, Bill was very much focused on what would be best for our household. Bill gets two thumbs up as a representative and just a decent human being.

His Repair took about 10 minutes and he was more than Fantastic! Would We recommend him? Oh Yes in a heartbeat! Very Courteous ,Friendly and Top of the Notch!!!! FYI our repair was in Dolton and Not Stegar Illinois!!!!!!
