The service technician called me a couple of times to let me know the approximate time he would arrive. That was very helpful and considerate so I could do some things I needed to do before my appointment. He arrived promptly and quickly assessed the problem. He cleaned the furnace and replaced the filter. He showed me the correct way to install the filter and suggested how often it needed to be replaced. Thanks for the wonderful service! Phyllis Caver

A technician was sent out to check on my noisy furnace through my home warranty company. What I paid was my service call fee with my warranty company. The Sears technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He assessed the issue and sent the info to my warranty company.
