Was suppose to call back .....never did. Couldn't get ahold of them. Found out home warrenty would not cover. So 2 weeks without a fridge!

Service tech used almost a whole roll of my paper towels plus part of a roll of my shop towels and left out of here. Today this refrigerator is now warmer than the temperature in my house. that was the first time this time, which is the second time he was replaced the compressor obviously has a leak and now it is warmer than it was with the last compressor.

If I could have given him "-100" I WOULD. This guy should be dealt with! His actions are unacceptable. HERE is what I sent my warranty co: This technician is a fraud! I will not accept this message because it was the tech that told my husband that we did not have to pay the service fee because CHW sent the wrong tech for the job. This claim required an electrician not an appliance tech. He walked in our home, went into the kitchen plugged up the microwave then agreed with my husband that we needed an electrician. He then got on the phone with CHW to let them know they put the claim in wrong and that we needed a corrected claim. He then went outside to his truck and wrote up a bunch of lies saying we "refused to pay the service fee"????? How dare he. I fully intend to file a claim with the corporate office and the BBB. This is unethical and fraudulent. He told a blatant lie and he should be reprimanded for it. My husband, myself and our grown son who was washing our car at the time, alI heard him tell my husband he did not owe HIM the service fee because we needed an electrician. I don't have a problem paying what I owe....IF I INDEED OWE! But this guy told my husband that he will have to pay the other tech whenever a new claim was filed. If this is not resolved I will take my business elsewhere after I file all necessary complaints regarding the handling of this claim.

The technician was great, no complaints. Choice Home Warranty and Sears were the worst. I waited for a month for the service to be completed on my ice maker. The parts had been here for weeks. I was given an appointment that got rescheduled just when it was time for the appointment. I am so disappointed and disgusted with both companies.

Technician asked for my signature as soon as he was done completing the service. I had to ask what was done before I provided my signature. Parts were replaced however the appliance is still not cooling. Bottom vent of the refrigerator was not put in correctly. See photo attached I will be calling the manufacturer to schedule someone else to come out.

The technician showed up very late. He did a botched up, unprofessional job on my dishwasher and did not replace the faulty wire. He told me that I needed a “ electrician “ to fix my dishwasher! The technician offered several different prices and only offered a 30 day warranty!! Whe I questioned him, he offered to undo the job and leave!!!! He was so UNPROFESSIONAL!!!’

Stated the water is leaking but only leaks when running so leak must be in dishwasher valve. He left doing nothing.

The Teac to my filler off. He said nothing was wrong with the washer. But feel it’s something wrong with it. But I took his word, I went to wash a load of laundry, and came upstairs, went back to put laundry in the dryer, and water was all over my basement my rug is now soaking wet . I can not use my washer now. Someone has to come back asap.
