$119 for 2 minutes and the repairman didn’t have to do anything, he saw the problem as soon as he saw my dryer-RIDICULOUS. And was told he would be there between 8:00 and 5:00, which is just their business hours. They don’t even bother to give an estimate

This guy didn't even try to check the dryer. He simply looked behind it and said the problem was the vent hose. This cost me $119.00. I highly recommend using a different repair company.

The technician John is very rude guy. He did nothing and just asking the service charge 65$. He did not fix the problem. It looks like he is just a scammer.

Put a load of laundry in the dryer immediately after rep completed repair and dryer is still not heating. My issue is not fixed.
