The gentleman who came did a good job and arrived on time. The cost was way over priced. Had icemaker replaced and the device was $150 on their website. The bill they sent me was $490 for the device and installation. Nothing in writing. Can't talk to anyone when you call customer service just AI. They were prompt and he was easy to deal overall.

Tech was very personable. Couldn't do anything as part was not available. Gave me general idea of part cost and labor . He felt it was control board failure, as automatic defrost was not working properly.

This is the second time we have had service in this ice maker. The first time we were told they were ordering a new ice maker and then no one ever returned with the part. Now it is been repaired again and nothing replaced. Each time we are charged and nothing is really fixed. Do we ever get the new replacement?
