First time the technician (John) came to repair my non-cooling refrigerator, said the control board is bad and need to be ordered. After a week another technician came, said the Control board is fine, inverter board is bad and needs to be ordered. He then left saying I need to talk to Select Home Warranty Service as they will not approve the third visit. I am still hanging in here for 13 days now without a functioning refrigerator. If it was misdiagnosed the first time, it is Sears Appliance Repair responsibility to come and fix the issue without additional visit charges, after already incurred two visits. Very disappointing.

Very disrespectful, not focus on the job. Arguing with the customer. Set in the truck for 20 minutes before ringing the bell. Was band from my resident a year ago. Sent him back over and nothing has change. Start arguing with my wife and asking questions about items in my house that didn't pertain to the job. Didn't find a solution to the problem on my range. Almost had to call the police on him today. Sears put me in danger today, knowing I put a complaint on him, putting my family at risk !
