Jeff was professional & friendly. He checked the state on the refrigerator 1st,that was all that was required to be replaced. The previous service man had ordered 5 parts,including a compressor, which did not need to be replaced. It was a 10 minute job for him including checking to wait for the fridge to start to cool.
