First time John came, it seemed that he was in a huff. Couldn’t easily pull fridge out of the fridge stall. He complained, called corporate from his truck, refused to do anything and left. We were not aware that fridge had to be pulled out as earlier techs had never said anything and done it themselves. Our second attempt at an appointment on the following Thursday was cancelled without telling us. We arranged for a grandson to drive 100 miles to pull out the fridge after warranty company told us to do this. Calls were made to Sears Warranty and to the service company. Spouse was on hold an hour and we were told there was no second appointment made. My spouse made another appointment which was scheduled for today after paying an additional $100.00 deductible. John came today to take pictures he said. He found fridge out so serviced it with freon which has us asking isn’t Freon system a closed system???? John’s attitude still seemed irritated and almost combative. He complained about not knowing anything about the company that hires him - he just goes where they tell him and he has too many customers to serve. Contacting the warranty and service companies has required hours of our time. We still work. We have been caught in the computer automated loops. We are seniors that also have trouble hearing and understanding foreign call center operators.

Nice enough tech. However he did nothing to fix the noise our dish washer is making. The dishes do get clean but the noise it makes is horrendous and he said it was typical wear and tear. Wtheck!?!? 3 years and Sears is expecting us to put up with this noise an hour 2-3 times a day?!? That’s bad business! I bought this dishwasher because of the quietness.

Technician named John came to replace a part on my dryer. He replaced the part and said he couldn’t connect the vent and it was now my problem. Pretty disappointing experience for $450

Do not hire these people. I'm out 450 dollars on a 1200 dollar washer. They just throw any old excuse of a fix out there.

First time nothing was done and we were told its operator error, problem continues and tech came back check and asked for a signature. When he was told we need to know what we were signing for he got agitated and said he can’t order parts till we sign. Third visit for repair was supposed to be today and it was rescheduled to Monday 10 mins before the appointment and tech never bothered to call.

The technician was nice enough but the problem was not solved based on a technicality, a policy held by the extended warranty company. I am still without a washing machine.
