First time John came, it seemed that he was in a huff. Couldn’t easily pull fridge out of the fridge stall. He complained, called corporate from his truck, refused to do anything and left. We were not aware that fridge had to be pulled out as earlier techs had never said anything and done it themselves. Our second attempt at an appointment on the following Thursday was cancelled without telling us. We arranged for a grandson to drive 100 miles to pull out the fridge after warranty company told us to do this. Calls were made to Sears Warranty and to the service company. Spouse was on hold an hour and we were told there was no second appointment made. My spouse made another appointment which was scheduled for today after paying an additional $100.00 deductible. John came today to take pictures he said. He found fridge out so serviced it with freon which has us asking isn’t Freon system a closed system???? John’s attitude still seemed irritated and almost combative. He complained about not knowing anything about the company that hires him - he just goes where they tell him and he has too many customers to serve. Contacting the warranty and service companies has required hours of our time. We still work. We have been caught in the computer automated loops. We are seniors that also have trouble hearing and understanding foreign call center operators.
