Bronell is a great tech. However, we have still not had our refrigerator fixed. Since he left on Tuesday our freezer and fridge have not been at the required temperatures. The unit has not been running consistently since before Christmas. Sometimes we are able to make it run by fooling with the switches but the unit is not running or turning on on its own. What do we do now?
