Washer still not fixed after he replaced parts Best Buy ordered to fix washer.

Nice enough tech. However he did nothing to fix the noise our dish washer is making. The dishes do get clean but the noise it makes is horrendous and he said it was typical wear and tear. Wtheck!?!? 3 years and Sears is expecting us to put up with this noise an hour 2-3 times a day?!? That’s bad business! I bought this dishwasher because of the quietness.

One good tech. The rest of the company is shady. Don’t want to work, take a photo of your house from the road and then leave saying you aren’t home. Now the cut a wire and blamed it on mice. Highly recommend any other company.

I will never ever recommend this company. This man (John) was rude as all could be! He pulled up met him outside he told me to back up and your not going to jump me just because I met him outside so he did not have to go through my house with my dogs. Then when he took cover off my dryer couldn't help but tell me how nasty and dirty I am because of course we have husky so we have hair. There was hair in there that he said burnt out my heating element. Then when I refused to pay for them to fix said I know you want my opinion for an American made model and looked out my window at my hanging line and asked me what it was I said a line that I use to hang dry my clothes in summer instead of using my dryer and proceeded to say I was a millennial which I am almost 50. Never in my life have been so upset about a person to come and look at an appliance to fix for me. This was absolutely ridiculous to be treated with such disrespect. Shame on you

Nothing new SO tired of sales pitches. First on the phone where the lady wouldn’t shut up about your protection plan. How many times does one have to say NO? Then the technician recites the same spiel, give me a break. Why not just ask if we are interested in a protection plan? Save a lot of time and cause customers less grief. Will not use Sears Appliance Repair again. Hate hard sales……

Do not hire these people. I'm out 450 dollars on a 1200 dollar washer. They just throw any old excuse of a fix out there.

First time nothing was done and we were told its operator error, problem continues and tech came back check and asked for a signature. When he was told we need to know what we were signing for he got agitated and said he can’t order parts till we sign. Third visit for repair was supposed to be today and it was rescheduled to Monday 10 mins before the appointment and tech never bothered to call.

The technician was nice enough but the problem was not solved based on a technicality, a policy held by the extended warranty company. I am still without a washing machine.

First time the technician (John) came to repair my non-cooling refrigerator, said the control board is bad and need to be ordered. After a week another technician came, said the Control board is fine, inverter board is bad and needs to be ordered. He then left saying I need to talk to Select Home Warranty Service as they will not approve the third visit. I am still hanging in here for 13 days now without a functioning refrigerator. If it was misdiagnosed the first time, it is Sears Appliance Repair responsibility to come and fix the issue without additional visit charges, after already incurred two visits. Very disappointing.
