We had a problem with our Samsung dryer. Thomas came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We were impressed with his knowledge and he also offered some suggestions on keeping our dryer operating smoothly. We are very happy with Sears Appliance Repair!

Took 3 visits to get ice maker. Charge 651.00 thats crazy. 350 for ice maker and 300 labor. Took tech 30min to complete. Outrageous labor cost. Will not replace an ice maker again. To expensive. Tech did great job but price was way to high.

Steve kept us updated on arrival time throughout the day. Inspected the unit to verify what we thought was the problem. Appreciated the thoroughness shown during the diagnostic and repair process. Everything was clean and back the way it was . Great job.
