My gas dryer needed repair and I was happy to find that Sears was still doing appliance repair service. The technician, Jerel, identified the problem, explained the necessary repairs needed and the cost and fixed the dryer. I am very happy with the whole process and glad to have my dryer running like new.

Luiz the technician was great! Very professional and very thorough. I have no complaints with the work and the service he provided. My only complaint with Sears Repair is that my appt was for Friday, but he didn't show up until Saturday. My window for Friday was 8am-5pm, and at 4:45pm I received a text telling me the appt was rescheduled to the next day. I never received any updates during the day. I rearranged my schedule for Friday and stayed home all day waiting. Rescheduling to Saturday was not a big problem since we were anxious to get our fridge fixed after 2+ weeks. But waiting until 4:45pm on Friday to inform me was very frustrating. Plus, my date was scheduled over 2-weeks ago so you would think our job would have had a higher priority. Would have liked to have received some kind of credit or coupon for the inconvenience. Sears needs to work on the scheduling and automated systems they have so customers are better informed. Plus, a time window of 8am-5pm is ridiculous in today's busy world.
