Steve did a wonderful job!! He fixed everything and saved my ability to prepare Christmas dinner next week! I had submitted my visit request fairly late last night and he was here by 8:40 this morning! Incredible service! I would definitely call again if needed for a different problem or appliance!! Thank you so much!!

First repairman was not the "refrigerator guy". Had to wait additional 48 hrs. Second guy knew more about my call than I did...never let me explain because he knew everything and cut me and my wife off several times. Completed inspection and repair in a timely manner, but continued with a typical Monday blues and this is a terrible hassle to my day attitude. Completed repair with estimate...then while completing transaction kept talking making it very difficult to complete transactions as couldn't listen to instructions on phone while he was talking. Refrigerator is repaired, and no longer making noises. Very efficient in diagnosis and repair...but had the worst attitude of a service provider that I have had in some time.
