Service was prompt- arrived the very next day before noon! The technician was super friendly and very diligent to find the issue with my dishwasher. He took the time to explain what he found and also showed me a few maintenance tips I should be doing to keep my machine in top shape.

I was very disappointed because I wasted my money on the service call. I should have known that it was not helpful when I was not even asked what brand or anything about the refrigerator. Nothing could be done to repair my ice maker, my options were useless. The technician was nice but it was truly a disappointment. It feels like a service call just to collect money, knowing that you’re not gonna fix anything
