Devin D. Alex and Jerrell and Vickie were excellent, kind and very polite! I don’t know why it took 5 months to get the service done. There were about 10 no shows on days when I had an appointment. And texts saying I was no longer under warranty when I clearly was! I cancelled Dr. appointments and car repair appointments and no one showed up. What happened to the Sears that I knew and loved ?? I started my calls back in April of 2024. So whoever is in charge of that gets 0 stars from me!! I hope that I get a call back on this issue!! I got calls from parts repair pickup on parts that were never delivered!! I called so many times for repairs. I got China, Arizona, Georgia, India etc!! And once was on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes and finally I hung up! Can a live person call me back please?? 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Jorge was a great technician he came in and he did the job he explained the job he also explained the warranty and if that I were to take one out today doing his work that I would be able to get $150 off the price. I was not happy with the gentleman on the phone who I got the warranty with the day before Jorge coming because that individual told me that the technician could not provide a warrant therefore I was not entitled to get $150 off the cost today. Overall Jorge did a spectacular job
