Technician was courteous but repair took several visits over 3 day period excluding 2day wkend. This resulted in 5 days without heat during a period of cold temps..

I was very disappointed because I wasted my money on the service call. I should have known that it was not helpful when I was not even asked what brand or anything about the refrigerator. Nothing could be done to repair my ice maker, my options were useless. The technician was nice but it was truly a disappointment. It feels like a service call just to collect money, knowing that you’re not gonna fix anything

We had a brand new dishwasher installed in September. Since then we’ve had 5 service calls to repair the same issue…a leak from the front of the unit. We’ve been told that there has to be a certain amount of service calls before the dishwasher can be replaced…and we’ve exceeded that. Apparently it’s less expensive for the manufacturer to have someone come out 5 times to fix a leak on a brand new dishwasher than it is just to replace it. I highly recommend NOT using Sear lservice repair or GE for anything at all.

The replacement parts installed did not eliminate the problem of erratic temperature in operation of the oven. Apparently the parts are not compatible with the specifications for this oven.

Technician was great. BUT prior to him had 2 techs come and 3 canceled service calls. Meaning I had to be home for 5 days. First tech mid-diagnosed roller replacement in my dryer. (The drum was actually cracked, he never bothered to open the dryer up.). So in the end, I had to replace the whole dryer. Spent hours on the phone trying to get called back and was THE most frustrating service experience in my life. Will never use Sears for appliance repair again. (Which is very disappointing because I actually worked at Sears in the Home Services division years ago!)
