Chuck was courteous and clear about what was wrong with our appliance and explained simply enough what work needed to be done. The resulting repair was easy and Chuck narrated each step so I would understand. I had reached the end of my expertise on the issue quickly, so it was great to have a knowledgeable and experienced technician arrive so quickly! Making an appointment on the website was simple and the reminders via text allowed me to track where I was in the order of the day's service tickets. Will continue using Sears Home Services, for sure.
