The repair service was fine, but I was contacted 4 times with different times he would arrive. I have never had a repair service with an 8 hr window. I sat waiting for repairman to arrive for 5 hrs. You should schedule repairs with a 4 hr window.

I am very glad we got Jerel to check out our dryer. He throughly checked it out and found the issue. Ordered the part and came back a few days later to replace it. He went the extra mile to check and clean the inside of the dryer afterwards so we wouldn’t have a fire issue because of built up lint . I hope you will be as lucky as us to get a great technician.

Our repairman Steve took over 2 hours to fix our Electrolux dishwasher. We had two other service calls from Electrolux directly and they could not fix it. If we need any other repairs for other appliances we will absolutely insist on having Steve.
