Isador was very polite, professional and efficient. He informed me of the problem and fixed it. The only issue I have is the 8-5pm window of waiting. He arrived close to 5:30, that was practically my whole day. Could it be narrowed down to 4?????

Luis explained everything in a way that made sense to us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would definitely recommend. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the service window from when the technicians will arrive is from 8am - 5pm which made it tricky to make sure someone could be available.

Jamil was a hard dedicated worker, confronted with a tough task to undertake in an hours time. He worked diligently nonstop to tackle the job which took him better than 5 hours to complete. The only concern was the one missing bolt that was never found but once the test run was performed, a mysterious rattle occurred at the start of the final spin, ceasing at full speed only to resound during the slow down, could that sound have been the missing bolt ,only time will tell.

The technician that I had was in for 5 mins and already determined the issue. My garbage disposal needed to be replaced. I’m not a very happy customer!

Technician was great and able to repair in no time. The problem was it was repaired by them a few months ago, the part installed loosened. They took no accounting for this. They did lose a customer today.

Armando the 1st tech that came to my house was amazing. He was respectful, insightful, and courteous. However Omar the 2nd tech was the complete opposite. He was pompous, arrogant, and off putting. He spoke to my wife with an attitude, until I came home and took over dealing with him. I don't know if it's a scuvanistic thing or what but Omar didn't treat me as poorly as he treated my wife.
